This project was to develop a new Household product for Prestige Underwriting, using our existing product framework and specifically tailoring this for Prism Household requirements.

• A new database was created to store and maintain the Prism Household data.
• New question sets were introduced specific for Prism Household.
• New insurance ratings and risks were added specific for Prism Household.
• New documents such as Statement of Fact and Renewal Invitation were created.

This product helps Prestige further diversify their offering in the Non-Standard household market where they are already a key player.

What I found interesting as part of the project

I found this job interesting as it was the first time I developed a full product from start to finish from creating a database for the product, developing the product within the Prestige Underwriting system framework, and ensuring pricing and underwriting met client requirements.
It was great to be involved in all aspects of a developing a new product, from the requirements stage to the successful delivery for the customer.
