AXA asked us to help them deliver their highly innovative farm product as part of a series of new commercial products on ISMIS. The solution features a bespoke broker product developed within our ISMIS platform, which also supports the advanced rating engine and technical underwriting requirements AXA needed. Covernet developed secure API supporting a direct version of the product on AXA’s own website. Further API integrations were supported to allow real time communication to AXA’s own back-office central policy and claims systems.
RSA Insurance Ireland have been partners of Covernet since 2006. We work with the team in Dublin and Galway to support their Commercial SME business which is hosted on our ISMIS broker extranet solution. All their products use our built-in insurer hosted pricing technology, which means RSA can react to risk in real-time. Their extensive broker network is easily managed via the built-in broker and product level framework that ISMIS provides.
We also support a number of other sales channel integrations for RSA via bespoke APIs that we have developed for them.
Benchmark Underwriting approached Covernet when they were looking for a platform to support their fledgling MGA in 2004. Working with the business founders, Covernet launched a range of household and commercial lines products on our ISMIS platform.
As the business grew, we continued to partner with them, developing innovative functionality and supporting the diversification of their product lines.
Since 2013, the global German Insurer’s team in Dublin have been using the ISMIS web platform to sell and administer commercial lines business. The product is sold via a bespoke broker extranet.
BHP have been managing the distribution and administration of their Voluntary Sector product via the ISMIS web platform for nearly 15 years. Like many of our other clients, during this time, they have benefited from our intelligent schemes model, which ensures that change of capacity can be managed with minimal fuss and no risk to data integrity or compliance irregularities.
A client since 2001, Prestige Underwriting Services started out operating in the niche non-standard household market through a selective number of brokers and intermediaries. Now they provide a broad spectrum of personal and commercial lines exclusively to a network of over 500 brokers, competing with direct underwriters and other large insurers.
Ibex have been using ISMIS to sell and administer their wholesale products since 2004.
When they wanted to expand their already diverse business model with a large range of non-wholesale products, they quickly realized it wouldn’t be practical to build complete schemes for each, and that managing the offline policies was too administration intensive.
We developed ISMIS CORE to address these needs.
One of Ireland’s largest insurance brokers, MIG have been using the ISMIS platform to sell and administer their Home and Landlord product throughout their branch network since 2017. Like all of our clients, MIG also make use of our Business Intelligence module to generate bespoke MI to help them manage their business.
Marsh are one of the world’s largest providers of insurance and reinsurance, and with their takeover of JLT Ireland they have become one of the latest companies to use our ISMIS platform. Launching their first product on the ISMIS Platform in 2018, Marsh’s Enterprise team in Dublin use the web-based solution to manage the referral process between themselves and their capacity providers, and also providing automation of documentation, client email and the renewals process.
Ireland’s only indigenous mutual general insurance company and the leading insurer to the Irish Public Sector, IPB became a partner in 2012, when they launched their SportsNet product on the ISMIS Web Platform. The product, partnered with the Irish Federation of Sport provides cover for all levels of sport from individual coaches and local clubs, right up to National organisations. They have furthered this partnership subsequently with the launch of an additional Community Employment scheme.
XS Direct approached us in 2014 as they were looking for a Claims management solution to support their innovative motor insurance business in the UK and Ireland. Covernet developed an EDI- based integration with their existing policy administration system and launched them onto our CHIME platform shortly afterwards. CHIME provides complete claims handling from FNOL through to through to payment transfer, and everything in between. XS Direct are active partners, frequently working with us to deliver innovative customisations within CHIME that help them further improve and automate their business.
The Kent based MGA, which provides specialist and higher rated motor insurance joined as users of our CHIME claims platform in 2016. CHIME provides a complete claims management solution for Eridge’s claims team via our intuitive web-based platform.
Octane London Market was founded in 2014 to provide the London motor wholesale market with a solution for non-standard motor risks that may prove difficult to place on conventional markets. We have developed a bespoke non-standard product that supports their niche business, and also ensures that their regulatory requirements are fulfilled.
Octane Underwriting support their innovative motor insurance business in the UK and Ireland. Covernet have supported them since their inception.
Our platform provides their underwriting team in Basildon with complete sales and administrative control over products including Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, High Performance and Motor Trade. We also support their regulatory reporting needs with integrations to the MID, NCD, MyLicence and MIBI.
The largest Irish owned insurer became the capacity provider behind one of our customer schemes for Household insurance in 2020.
Ivernia Underwriting is one of Ireland’s leading underwriting agencies. They became our clients in early 2020 when we helped them migrate their claims management from their existing solution to our CHIME platform.
