We are delighted to announce another year of impressive results from the 2023 annual Customer Service Satisfaction Survey.
Each year we invite our clients, including MGAs, insurers and brokers, to complete a short yet comprehensive survey covering a variety of topics including systems and products, service and support levels. At Covernet, our clients are our number one priority therefore we are very open to hearing their comments and valuable feedback, which strategically informs our internal operations and overall performance.
Now in its 8th year, we are delighted to have received a fantastic response rate with very positive scores across each surveyed area. The results for our service support and team were incredible with strong scores of 99% and 100%. When asked would you recommend Covernet to a colleague for future projects 100% of respondents said they would, a fantastic endorsement of our quality service and product offering. Our team received a tremendous score of 100% for courtesy with accuracy and expertise were reported at 99%, staffs’ promptness to client enquiries recorded at 97%.
When analysing the results of our systems and products we were delighted to receive further positive results with scores of 97% for performance and reliability, and further high scores for innovation and range of features.
The results highlight the fantastic work and commitment of our staff. We wouldn’t receive such amazing results without their hard work, and dedication to always go the extra mile for our clients.
