Covernet launches staff Recognition Award programme

Earlier this week, Covernet launched a new Employee Recognition scheme designed to recognise and reward our people for their exceptional efforts and contributions.

Covernet is proud to have created a culture where employee engagement, performance, trust and wellbeing is paramount. The four key values of Teamwork, Respect, Excellence and Innovation underpin the corporate culture and through this new programme, the team have the opportunity to be rewarded by demonstrating these same principles while at work.

The scheme is designed to reward individuals on a monthly basis and nominations can be made by anyone in the company.

Nominations will be reviewed and selected against set criteria and a variety of award scales from Level 1 – Level 4. Dependent on the award granted, certificates of appreciation, awards and trophies will be presented to the worthy team members.

The upper end of the award scale is based upon exceeding expectations while demonstrating the core Covernet values.

With an appreciation for the importance of it motivating and recognising those who exceed in the workplace, Covernet aims to reaffirm its position as an employer of choice, where our people are truly valued and rewarded for exceptional contributions.
