The ability to attract great people to Covernet and help them develop their careers has underpinned our success to date. We understand the importance of asking our team what they need to succeed and engage in a number of people management and workplace programs to ensure we are continually learning and improving how we work.

Following an assessment by Investors in People, we announced in 2021 we had achieved their Gold accreditation.  Gold accreditation confirms that as an organisation we not only have the right practices in place but more than that, it means every single member of the team takes ownership for making them come to life. Covernet is also the highest ranked Northern Ireland company and 6th the UK on the ‘2022 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech – Small category,’ as awarded by the Great Place to Work™ UK Institute.

In April 2022, Covernet was officially recognised as the Best Place to Work™ in Northern Ireland by the Great Place to Work® UK Institute, finishing 10th overall in the UK across all organisations of our size.
