The ability to attract great people to Covernet and help them develop their careers has underpinned our success to date. We understand the importance of asking our team what they need to succeed and engage in a number of people management and workplace programs to ensure we are continually learning and improving how we work.

Following an assessment by Investors in People, we announced in 2024 we had achieved their Platinum accreditation.  Platinum accreditation confirms that as an organisation we not only have the right practices in place but more than that, it means every single member of the team takes ownership for making them come to life. For five consecutive years, Covernet has been recognised in the annual UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech – Small category,’ and overall Best Workplace lists as awarded by the Great Place to Work™ UK Institute.  The Institute acknowledges the importance of innovation and career growth for employees in the technology industry and prioritises the wellbeing and work-life balance of employees to provide positive experiences at work. In 2024, GPTW introduced the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Development award which Covernet has successfully held onto for 3 years running.
In 2025, we received the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Wellbeing, a great reflection of our efforts to look after our very deserving, hardworking team.
